Flannel Season Candle [green apple + toasted pecan]

I have several Hazel Candle Co. candles and they are all lovely! But this scent is by far my favorite fall scent. It is noticeable without being overpowering and makes whatever room it’s in feel warm and cozy. I get many compliments on it, and it’s clean! Nothing better! ⭐️

I ordered an XL double-wick candle but received a single-wick instead. I emailed customer service with a photo and requested a refund for the price difference. After more than two business days without a response, I followed up and finally received a polite, apologetic reply explaining that the double-wick was out of stock. I was offered a choice between a refund or keeping the 8oz candle until the XL restocked on the 24th. I chose the refund, but it’s now been eight days with no update. The candle itself is nice, but the lack of timely communication and follow-through from customer service has been disappointing.
