Great candle terrible Customer Service

I purchased this candle loved it, and the product itself is wonderful!
But I needed to follow up with them to make sure that my note was included. I never got a reply about that.
I ordered it again to send to a very sick family member and again inquired about my delivery date. No reply inquired about the note to make sure that it was included since it does not tell you that after it’s been written, no reply. It was then almost 2 weeks before they got their candle And I have expedited shipping of over $12. No apology no reply at the end very difficult to communicate with! And of course, no phone number to speak with anybody in person! Unfortunately, I will not be ordering with them again due to the poor customer service and terrible lack of communication

Great scent, Broken lid

I received my order and the lid was broken in several pieces. I have emailed about getting refund or replacement. I haven't gotten a response yet. I love the scent, but am sad about the lid. This company makes great candles,and I have enjoyed my other candles I have ordered and received.

Candle Care

Trim the wick

Your candle is ready to light out of the box, each time afterwards it's important to trim your wick to 1/4-1/2" before relighting disposing of any wax tips.

Burn times

Ensuring the wax pool melts to the outer edge of the jar each use helps prevent tunneling. It's recommended to keep your candle lit for 2-4 hours minimum.

Safety

Thoroughly review the warning label at the base of your candle prior to use and adhere to all directions and guidelines.
